Alpha Xi Delta

A message from Alpha Xi Delta’s President

Welcome from myself and the Iota Pi chapter of Alpha Xi Delta here at Coastal Carolina University! Since our establishment on campus in 2011, we are grateful to be part of the vibrant Panhellenic community. Dedication to our core values of Service, Sisterhood, Leadership, and Knowledge defines the daily lives of each and every member we have. We pride ourselves in our accomplishments, such as winning Homecoming in 2020, 2021, and 2022. Through our national philanthropy, the "Kindly Hearts Initiative," we extend our hands to support children facing challenges in foster care and homelessness nationally and locally in Conway through partnerships with community organizations such as the New Directions Mens Shelter, The Rock Church, and Relay for Life.

Our bond is cherished and epitomized by our diverse range of sisterhood events, from line dancing to bracelet making, group workout classes, to movie nights, and more. These gatherings strengthen our friendships and foster a sense of unity and support among our members, making Alpha Xi Delta our home away from home.

Guided by our motto, "realize your potential," we actively pursue excellence in academics and all aspects of life. Our commitment to sisterhood was further solidified during our 2024 spring overnight retreat at Fort Caswell Beach, where we shared unforgettable moments and strengthened our bonds.

Additionally, we actively engage in numerous philanthropic and community service initiatives, such as participating in the New Directions Fashion through Compassion event in Myrtle Beach, where all our members volunteered their time and efforts for a meaningful cause. This past semester alone, we offered over 25 community service hours for each of our members, including events such as participating in beach cleanups and reading to children at local elementary schools.

It has been a great joy watching the women of Alpha Xi Delta grow into exceptional individuals. Each embodies the proud values of our sisterhood and makes a positive impact on our community.

We invite you to connect with us on our social media channels to learn more about our chapter as a whole. Feel free to reach out with any questions, and good luck on your journey here at Coastal!
